Webphone
Webphone is a "button" that a business places on its website allowing customers to call the business from the web.The webphone can be sold either as a way for companies to reduce costs on incoming calls into a call center, sales departments, etc. (typically this will appeal to larger companies with high volume) OR as a tool companies use to increase the effectiveness of their online presence (typically smaller companies wanting to capture revenue as potential customers surf their site.)

Intelliverse provides a few simple lines of HTML code that you incorporate into your website producing a "CALL NOW" button on your site. When a customer clicks on the button, a small window opens on their screen and calls your business immediately. Once connected, your customer talks through their computer microphone or headset.
Intelliverse provides an administrative application which allows you to change the phone number that points to the webphone. Every webphone can only point to a single phone number at a time but you can place that webphone in as many places as you want on your website. And by purchasing multiple webphones, you can direct calls to separate destinations within your company.
