Intelliverse’s Customer Hotline application for governments provides a government agency with the capability to capture customer comments or complaints without having to dedicate a live person to take the calls. This can be as simple as a voicemail box that plays a 3 –5 minute outgoing message and captures messages left by the callers. Once a caller has left a message, the message is sent as an attachment to a designated email address.
